Chief Executive Officer (CEO) | Mar 2018 – Current The Rainbow Hub is Queensland’s only support group for international LGBTQI+ students, running out of Brisbane, and recently Cairns. Rainbow Hub (RH), a Queensland government-funded program, offers international LGBTQI students a safe, supportive environment to celebrate their identity and diversity without discrimination or judgement.Achievements Innovation: Established Rainbow Hub, Brisbane, in 2019 by securing funding from Study Queensland.  Growth Strategy: Developed and established Rainbow Hub, Cairns in 2020. Creating a second safe space for International LGBTQI+ students to access (2020). John Gallagher Professional Bursary Award: Award recipient at the English Australia Conference held in Melbourne in recognition of outstanding contribution to ELICOS made by an individual. Brisbane Pride Awarded Activist of the year

Spearheaded the student services team, ensuring a motivated and customer-focused experience – delivering excellent customer service to all students and clients of the centre.Managed the delivery of student services departmental goals such as driving student growth, persistence and satisfaction.Developed and implemented strategic and operating plans and integrated policies and procedures.Maintained a high standard of delivery of all ELICOS educational services to meet set KPI’s and financial parameters.Established and maintained positive internal/external relations at all levels incorporating students, staff, partner organisations and the wider community.Recruited and managed professional development of education staff.
