Created and implemented training guides, workshops, and a full roll out process that could be used for new starters. Individual headset requirements for each employee needed to be reviewed, ordered from a 3rd party, and delivered to the correct location and on time throughout.• Anywhere 365 IV call centre technology project required full requirement gathering, Project planning, scoping, budgeting, RAID, and good internal stakeholder management. Training, testing, signing off a Disaster Recovery Planning and rolling out of the new system without impacting the current high volume call centre.• Migrating from existing mobile phone supplier to a new 3rd party supplier whilst providing a full requirement review of sim card and mobile phone device analysis with all employees. All existing data was incorrect, team employee headcount continuously changed and so did the requirements. Trained a team of individuals to build all the mobile phones, tablets and devices from scratch using new methods to ensure efficiency and usability for all different requirements and then completing these tasks out of hours. Developing training materials, setting up event days and ensuring full support during all the changes was key.
