• Recruited to work on 2 projects whilst assisting the University and Project teams to move into a more agile way of working. Role including being a Scrum Master, financial budgeting and improving internal processes.• Main role has been on implementing a complex Curriculum Management Platform which required new API integrations with all University eco systems as well as working with all areas of the University including both Academic resources and Professional services. Business Change skills were required along with managing multiple workstreams and interdependencies.• Graduation Database Project: Although a relatively small project, it has been paused numerous times due to lack of business resource availability and supplier issues. As the 4th Project Manager, I was requested to use my skills to ensure the roll out was completed successfully

• Brought in on a 1-year FTC to support the Group App Project. This was a new App that combined multiple fascia’s which contained enhanced technical features and customer personalization. Supported the move to bring the development inhouse, working with scrum and agile methodologies, managing scope creep from all areas of the business as well as managing delays, risks and full stakeholder and Director led requirements sometimes in the absence of a Business Analyst.• Contract extended to permanent employment and taken on additional projects and responsibilities.• Adyen HPP to API full E2E project management for all Native Apps in short timescales.• Asked to take over a high priority project from Senior Project Managers to enhance the checkout functionality for the companies 50+ marketplaces. • Implementing a payment backup system for both MESH and Aurora to provide stability if Adyen went down.• Aligning and upgrading payment providers across multi-national fascia’s, releasing over 40 payment methods in under 12 months.• Built good relationships with business stakeholders, Directors and 3rd parties as well as gaining good knowledge on JD internal systems and implementing the new PMO processes.• Full E2E project management of Apple’s Regulatory change to allow customers to delete their account via their app. Tight timescales where short term solutions to deal with issues were required.• Mentoring various Junior Project Managers and new starters that were new to the company.

• Responsible for the end-to-end scope and delivery of library management solution projects, in line with agreed timelines and budget. This involved taking ownership of project plans, controls, and resources.• Self-starter attitude to understand all products quickly enabling me to “hit the ground running” in assisting the team with many Projects to ensure successful completion and satisfaction for each client. • Proactively lead and monitored projects to ensure that they were delivered to budget and schedule.• Worked closely with customers, field engineers, contractors, and key stakeholders, to ensure projects are executed successfully and building good rapport with all. • Completed several productive site and client visits throughout the UK with excellent feedback.• Ensured projects were accurately forecasted to allow for financial planning and identify and manage any project change requests.

• Brought in to complete 3 previously failed Projects without any ring-fenced resource within the Public Sector. All Projects involved working closely with multiple stakeholders with daily reports required.• Unsupported EOL Citrix and telephony systems needed replacing with Skype Voice for circa 600 employees in different locations each with specific requirements with dependency specific deadlines. Created and implemented training guides, workshops, and a full roll out process that could be used for new starters. Individual headset requirements for each employee needed to be reviewed, ordered from a 3rd party, and delivered to the correct location and on time throughout.• Anywhere 365 IV call centre technology project required full requirement gathering, Project planning, scoping, budgeting, RAID, and good internal stakeholder management. Training, testing, signing off a Disaster Recovery Planning and rolling out of the new system without impacting the current high volume call centre.• Migrating from existing mobile phone supplier to a new 3rd party supplier whilst providing a full requirement review of sim card and mobile phone device analysis with all employees. All existing data was incorrect, team employee headcount continuously changed and so did the requirements. Trained a team of individuals to build all the mobile phones, tablets and devices from scratch using new methods to ensure efficiency and usability for all different requirements and then completing these tasks out of hours. Developing training materials, setting up event days and ensuring full support during all the changes was key.

• Primary role was to ensure the whole business and every Cash Converter store was ready, compliant, and trained for the new E-commerce platform and website with upgraded back-end POS functionality.• Ensure customer accounts, retail store accounts and product listings are migrated successfully from the existing eCommerce and POS systems with detailed task planning.• Co-ordinating the overall multi-channel project plan that includes working with the UK based Digital agency developing the new eCommerce platform in an agile approach and the Cash Converters Australian based IT team who are developing the upgrade to the POS.• The scope was not 100% defined and needed redesigning at 2 milestones throughout the project so understanding MOSCOW of each requirement and ensuring actions were completed and signed off on time were of high importance as well as keeping moral high through the changes.• Business readiness plans and organising appropriate governance and workshops to achieve Business Deliverables and Business Readiness.• Manage UAT testing, monitor and reporting, training sessions and budgeting.• Ensure the new eCommerce platform is fully GDPR and Regulatory compliant before launch.

• Brought in following a contract renewal with highly valued client (Co-op) to implement a large Process Business Change. Needed to understand the current process, model and changes needed quickly.• Role was to guide both companies on how the changes should be rolled out through setting up, planning, and running Change workshops and training sessions at an appropriate level to all stakeholders.• Team leader to the Process team which consisted of 4 Project Managers and 4 Coordinators assisting them in day-to-day tasks, objective setting to incorporate the changes and provide guidance and support.

• Project Manager of a variety of medium and large Projects in a rapidly expanding pharmaceutical company.• Implemented a Stakeholder communication report suite to the business, incorporating an improved meeting etiquette culture which improved the quality of meetings, communications, and time management. • Formal and informal mentoring of Project Coordinator to assist in a junior employee's promotion.• Implemented new expenses system Concur and managed the training and communication strategy to over 400 employees based around the whole UK.• Roll out of Windows 10 laptops, Office 365 & Teams alongside the training and communication strategy to all employees through the UK. This involved some travel.• Implemented a Data warehouse system for the Business Intelligence Department which saved resource time and improved the accuracy and quality of reporting.

• Project Consultant for a Contingent Worker System with 2 major clients with the primary role being to work with the Senior stakeholders to review requirements, manage implementations and help improve the way to client uses the system whilst providing training and demonstrations.• Manage timescales, all expectancies, resources and be the daily point of contact.• Headed up and implemented 2 other Projects for Co-op which included a new time management, expenses and recruiter System and implementing an Identity Governance and Administration Data feed.

• First and only Project Manager brought into the company to assist and support a new Joint Venture with Nielsen Global moving the business into international countries.• The role involved initially working with Nielsen PMO and included international travel working directly with external clients, potential clients and setting up Field research, contracts, KPIs and day to day management. • Assisted with approximately 20 small internal projects including new business, business change, improvements, strategy and moving Projects into BAU.• Great progress was made within the company especially for projects that were difficult to get off the ground and I focused on improving communications and reporting with sponsors, stakeholders, and clients
