Hospitality Manager – Responsible for hospitality for the Crew. Branding responsible – Responsible for creating the medieval atmosphere and general set-up. E.g. finding soldiers, medieval props, and secure that the Red Bull Branding looked like #1.Manpower responsible – Responsible for making a manpower plan for Red Bull Denmark.

Head of hospitality – Responsible for the hospitality team. Managing hotel, accommodation, shuttle, catering, and food for the crew and athletes. Making sure that the 150 persons crew and athletes are taking care of. Contact person for our international team.FoRB – Lead on the Friends of Red Bull area + the official afterparty. CV19 – Responsible for the CV19 measures internally.

Leadership – During my time as a team leader for 12 Student Marketeers divided over two cities (Aarhus and Aalborg), I created a highly dedicated team with ‘Best in class’ attitude. By emphasizing both professional and personal development and social activities, I ensured strong engagement in the brand, product, and workplace from all team members – leading to great results in the fieldStrategic Planning – In my daily planning I utilized consumer data and insights to pinpoint my teams’ efforts towards national key occasions winning over new users and building brand love.Sales Support – I spear-tipped the first Wings Study Sales in 2018 in Denmark with the focus on Bulls Eye and Bulls Ring, which lead to increased distribution and sales on and around campus. Moreover, I implemented a new Sales Support strategy during Covid-19 pandemic which lead to increased distribution in local impulse channel. Additionally, I have trained my team to perform according to Ace of Sales, making them great salespeople out in the field.Project Management – For Red Bull Cliff Diving 2018 – our main spectator event with 50.000+ guests and Red Bull Racing Showrun 2019 – I planned and coordinated our team of +20 Student Marketeers in charge of hospitality for ForB and athletes – delivering a Red Bull experience on schedule and in the perfect way.Wings for Life World Run Aarhus 2017-2019: WFLWR Organizer, created the local app run in Aarhus in 2018 and 2019 for 100 participants.Kapsejladsen 2018-2019: For our number one 3rd party student event I managed our team of Student Marketeers and together we created the now-famous Red Bull Raft as an essential branded experience of the event.
