I’ve been teaching yoga for 6 years, having completed my 200 hour teacher training with Yoga Alliance back in 2018. I decided to specialise in family yoga when I started my own family, and completed my Pre- and Postnatal specialist training in 2019, followed by a diploma in Hypnobirthing with KGH later that year. I then went on to complete Children’s Yoga and Fertility Yoga specialist qualifications, so that I can support clients throughout their whole parenthood journey.I’m currently studying to become a Cognitive-Behavioural Hypnotherapist, and I hope to soon be able to work with a wider range of clients in a therapeutic capacity.
