As part of the commercial team, I work closely with key stakeholders in the product and engineering teams to support the launch of the first product to market and build effective relationships with new brand partners.

Responsible for strategic direction and delivery of all marketing activity for Cake Décor, across both B2B and B2C channels. Ensuring brand consistency and results driven output across packaging, digital marketing, ATL, PR and Retail channels.

Responsible for leading and managing D8 client services team across a global client base; defining campaign and brand strategies, delivering against commercial objectives; nurturing and strengthening client relationships; and maximising output and productivity of agency teams.Clients included: RBS, AIA, Johnstons of Elgin, Russell Europe, ScottishPower, BBC, ScotRail, Beam Suntory, Menicon, British Council, Tennents, Action Aid, Highland Spring, British Gas.

I joined D8 at a time of rapid growth for the agency, and managed a roster of clients including Lloyds Banking Group, RBS, Russell Europe, Tennents and Bowmore.

Short term contract to provide additional resource across both the campaign and retention teams.

A graduate role, moving up to Senior Account Manager with responsibility for multiple clients. This role gave me a fantastic grounding in project management, working collaboratively with creative teams, and delivering campaigns on time and to budget. I built experience in all areas of the marketing mix, with a particular focus on FMCG brands.
