Working within Business Development for Interserve Construction, it is my role to be at the forefront of new opportunites for the business and progress these past tender stage. It is my duty and responsibility to look after prequalifiation questionnaires (PQQ's) and selection questionnaires (SQ’s) we receive for upcoming projects and submit these ahead of deadline, inputting the relevant information required. Company knowledge is key for this duty. I also look after tender opportunities that we receive for upcoming projects, either it be from a successful PQQ I submitted, or from a client we already have a strong relationship with. It is my repsonsilibility to gather relevant information needed for these tender submissions and have the exact requirements our client is asking for. For both PQQ's and tender submissions, it is also a very big responsibility of mine to ensure they look the part and really represent my company from a visual perpective. I take a lot of time with graphic design and graphical ideas that I use to pull together bespoke artwork for each submission which I tailor to each client. I communicate with external printing companies to describe to them my needs for each submission and share my designs which I then get made into binders/3D boxes/hardback books etc. depending on client, requirements and my own designs. Within my role I also get involved with certain marketing such as designing graphical invites for client events, brochures, flyers, banner stands etc. and pull together any presentations needed for the company, always ensuring they look the part for our business.
