Full bottom-line responsibility for the day-to-day running operations, commercial viability, growth and profitability of the business unit, asset management, project management, financial planning and projections, daily cash flow, financial and administrative management control, budgets and expense control, marketing, sales and advertising, project management, human resource management, staff supervision, supplier negotiations, stock purchases and procurement, inventory control and stock takes, debtor and creditor control, client liaison, quality control, insurances, labour relations and disputes, health and safety aspects
