I also offer online and in person evidence-based antenatal hypnobirthing classes that transform birthing people from fearing birth, to enjoying their pregnancy and looking forward to their birth. We look at the relationship between the mind and the body, the maternity sector, different types of birth, environments, the birthing partner and so much more. The focus of the course is to empower birthing people to be able to make their own choices.

I am the founder and owner of nestle and nurture- a parent and baby wellbeing business. I educate and empower expecting and new parents for birth and the journey of parenthood. I offer hypnobirthing, mindful breastfeeding and fertility support and baby massage.
