I joined Howarth Timber Engineering back in 1998 when it was originally 'Marlows'. I joined the company as an Administration Assistant where my role was providing admin support to a team of roof truss designers / technicians / estimators and transport planners. During my 14 years within the company I progressed up to the role of Senior Design Technician where I jointly led a team of roof truss technicians in providing the necessary documentation for our factory and our customers on site. After returning to work during a period of maternity leave in 2008 I moved into the timberframe section of the company and progressed by role within that team until early 2012 when i moved to support the C6 (Commercial / Supermarket builds) my work within this department involved producing purchase orders and checking / processing invoices.
