Louise Phillips is the Chairman of Elaine Phillips Antiques established in the late 1960's - by her mother - Elaine Phillips.She joined the company in 1985 after a career which started in PR and Marketing in the fashion industry.Elaine Phillips Antiques specialise in early oak furniture and associated decorative arts. They also source furniture, decoration and lighting of all periods for specific projects.Louise introduced an interior design and project management service in the 1980's which has grown consistently and now covers projects both in the UK and Europe.Over many years - the company have also advised clients who have wished to add to or build their own collections - and are proud to have sold pieces to museums including The National Trusts of England and Scotland, Temple Newsam, Leeds, Fairfax House, York, Elaine Phillips Antiques have been Members of The British Antique Dealers Association (BADA) and the Corporation Internationale des Negotiants en Oeuvres d'Arts (CINOA) since 1973Louise is the first female Chair since its foundation in 1918. She is also Chair of the PR and Marketing Committee for the BADA and represents the North of England and Scotland members.
