I am a warm and compassionate therapist, dedicated to helping people navigate life's challenges, supporting them in their journey towards achieve a greater sense of mental wellbeing and personal growth. Building a strong, therapeutic connection is central to my practice, working relationally to ensure my clients feel connected, understood, and supported throughout their journey. As an integrative therapist I draw upon a range of therapeutic techniques tailored to meet my client's specific needs and individual experiences. I ensure that these personalised approaches are at the forefront of our sessions, promoting a safe and confidential environment where clients can thrive. My experience to date has been at Manchester Mind, providing one-to-one counselling to young people and adults seeking help with anxiety, depression, relationship problems, identity issues, loss and low self-esteem. I have a private practice providing individual short-term and long-term therapy to adults both face to face and online.Since February 2021 I’ve had experience working as a listening volunteer for Samaritans, providing in-the-moment support to people in need of crisis support and a space to be heard.
