I am qualified Social Worker who has spent the past 6 years committed to supporting women who have been affected by domestic abuse. Being fully present, motivated and productive in this role, while managing a young family, has required excellent organisational skills, self care practices and self discipline. It is also helpful that am I passionate about both of these roles. Using the extensive experience of writing, developing and delivering courses that I gained within my role as a Social Worker, I have recently become self employed.
