My role as Head of Learning at INEO Life Ltd is in support of a company that was established to provide unique learning and development solutions. In 2017 INEO secured business that was game changing for all involved - for both learners and us as supplier. I now work as head of Learning alongside four fellow Directors who are passionate about bringing the 'Human' approach to their service delivery every day. Fly on the Wall Coaching Ltd has been under my co-directorship since 2009 and has survived both economic challenge and growth.
