This varied role can see me doing anything from delivering and collecting freight, to administration for the onsite workshop, to organising an event to celebrate 100 years of the business.I am required to be skilled in forklift operation, use of excel spreadsheets and other databases, customer service, moving and handling, and working in a team.

In this exciting and varied role I was supporting children and teenagers with additional support needs to have fun and gain independence. In school holidays this was through an activity scheme, working with a different individual each day, going on trips and doing fun activities whilst teaching skills for independence (for example: travelling on public transport and dealing with money). During term time, I worked at two youth clubs as well as in smaller groups.For this role I undertook training in first aid, moving and handling, autism awareness, makaton, non-verbal communication, PEG feeding, and specialised first aid for epilepsy, diabetes, and asthma.
