Billie, the leading provider of Buy Now, Pay Later for businesses, and Klarna launched a new partnership in Oct 2021. Through the cooperation with Billie, Klarna expanded it's own consumer product offerings to businesses as well. I was proud to be leading this partnership team towards success but unfortunately the journey came to an end as part of Klarna's recent reorganisation/downsizing.As the Partner Mananger and together with stakeholders (VP of Sales, VP of Product, CEO and CTO) at Billie:-Established our way of working with Billie-Set the common market and product launch roadmap-Set the pricing strategry-Set the Gtm strategy and Marketing/Branding strategy for each market -Delivered a set of prioritised and committed Distrubution Partners for SME vs. Enterprise segment for global and regional expansion with target volumes.-Conducted a competition analysis for the Nordics and ensured top class sales material for our business developers.

Overall responsible for the global merchant relationship, PR and marketing, contracts and pricing, profitability, growth and expansion of the accounts to new markets and with new products. Leading and aligning all the ongoing work streams within the Partner Success Team as well as towards H&M. Responsible for the overall strategic partnership and direction of the H&M cooperation.Achievements: - Established the first Partner Success team at Klarna that later become the standard way of managing our global and strategic partners. The concept pitched to our CEO and approved was an autonomous team of key competences within Marketing, Analytics, Merchant Support, Integration Support, Solution and Delivery to ensure quick decisions and actions to secure the success and growth of the account.- Expanded to new markets (Spain, Italy and Belgium) with H&M as our launch partner. - Contracted and launched new products in already live markets based on analysing the user behaviour, market trends and consumer needs (ie. Pay in 3 interest free installments in the UK, and Direct Bank Transfer in Nordics and DACH). Removed non-performing products from markets based on similar analysis.-Made sure the H&M x Klarna partnership was the perfect reference case for Klarna's future partnerships

Together, H&M and Klarna aimed to further integrate H&M’s digital and physical stores to give customers a seamless, personalised and engaging shopping experience. And I was lucky to be leading the Global team delivering this unrivalled experience to the customers.As the lead of this Global team:-Launched 11 markets on time and on target with brand new custom products both online and instore. One of the markets via rebranding a newly acquired BNPL partner (Billpay in Switzerland) which added another level of complexity.-Ensured a smoooth partnership by aligning our way of workings with H&M and going above and beyond to make the two companies come together in delivering the best customer experience and expanding to new markets together.

Project Manager for Klarna's Bank License Application Project:Made sure all the regulatory boxes were checked and all the necessary requirements were fulfilled when Klarna's bank license application was sent to SFSA.Project Manager for launch of Klarna's checkout product in 8 new languages and 9 new currencies enabling the product for a global market (KCO Global). Including delivering the product, global pricing and contracts and ensuring sales processes for the product.Project Manager for adding BankID identification to Klarna's checkout product:A valuable improvement to Klarna's checkout in Sweden, reducing fraud and identity theft and giving the customers the freedom to select shipping points besides their registered addresses.Project manager for a strategic technical project for creating a service that enabled a quick and reliable platform for creating, managing and applying changes to company's credit and risk policy.

Solution design lead responsible for design and delivery of the Java customizations and integration related requirements for a new global Enterprise Asset Management system delivered by IBM. In charge of managing, verifying and communicating the requirements from sprint workshops to the development teams in Sweden and India. Handling solutioning for the project’s over 1100 requirements, their consistency, change management in the project, quality assurance of the implemented requirements and finally client approval in this global, agile project of over 40000 man hours.

In this Kanban subproject for launching HM.COM in USA and maintenance of the existing sites, I was responsible for analyzing and prioritizing the backlog in a development team of 8, sprint planning, release planning, incident handling and test planning. The requirements were designed in a test-driven manner, using use case scenarios, user stories and specification-by-example methods. I was responsible for the overall delivery of the requirements in the team.Through developing and improving processes for handling the requirements and introducing test automation together with the team, we created a motivated, self-organizing and high performing team.

Through workshops with the customer, requirements in form of user stories, use case scenarios and technical specifications were created. Responsible for running workshops with the customer, documenting the requirements and designing and implementing test driven requirements.Finally implementing the requirements as automated tests in Cucumber. Working with IntelliJ IDEA, JBoss, Maven and Git.
