My main role at TNS is to manage a number of high profile FMCG client accounts, this includes overseeing all projects and managing the team on each of these. My primary area of expertise is ad-hoc innovation projects across a range of FMCG categories including snacks, drinks (including alcoholic), dairy and consumer healthcare products both in the UK and internationally. I am involved in and manage all aspects of the research process from the initial project design, proposal writing, project set up, analysis and presentation to provide actionable recommendations based on the research findings, internal client factors and the external market.

Within MMR I assisted in handling client projects from the initial client brief through to the debrief presentation ensuring that the research design, analysis, and interpretation of results fulfill the clients’ needs. I also conducted statistical analysis using Excel and SAS.
