My work background is predominately fitness related and I own 3 fitness businesses:Nu Yu Fitness: Offering online 12 week sustainable weight loss programmes and 1-2-1 weight management coaching, alongside face to face Personal Training. I work mostly with women fed up with dieting who are looking for a sustainable weight loss approach. I deliver results through behavioural and habit-based changes, removing the need for quick fixes and fad diets.Crèche Fit: Founded in July 2016. Identifying a huge gap in the market when I was 5 months pregnant with my son, I launched my postnatal bring-along-baby fitness classes for mums in the local area. The classes have been hugely successful and I am now in the process of franchising our business across the UK.Beautcamp: This is my local female-only bootcamp / circuits business which is held outdoors in a local park in Windsor. Co-founded in August 2013 with a fellow Personal Trainer who I met on my PT course.I also founded a cleaning company called ‘Milton Kleans Ltd’ in January 2010. This is a family run business based in Milton Keynes.
