I am passionate about people living a life they love. Over the past 14 years I have been educated in ways you help you feel good, make positive changes in your life and to accept yourself. This includes Life Coaching, NLP and Yoga. I like to think of it as a tool kit I can use to create a package especially tailored for what you need to create a life that makes you smile every day.I run regular classes and workshops in Brighton, Yin Yoga Teacher Trainings and I lead Worldwide retreats. I work 1-1 with people and also within companies to lower stress levels and negativity. I offer modules on topics such as positive thinking, mindfulness for stress management, time management, lunch time Chair Yoga/ Yoga/ meditation sessions, and self empowerment. I can tailor a programme just for your business needs.Travel, Yoga, paddle boarding, cycling and reading inspirational books are my main pleasures when I am not working, although my work does not feel like work either.
