I've managed large scale projects with international organizations such as the Ford Foundation, Open Society Foundation, Hivos United, Climate and Land Use Alliance, Heinrich Böll Foundation, Fondo Mujeres Del Sul, Lutheran Diaconia Foundation, and UN Mujeres, among others. All the projects had a strong social purpose within the themes of Gender Justice, Human Rights Protection, Art and Culture, Freedom of Speech, Environment Protection, and the Defense of Democracy.

I was a co-founder of ELLA - a transnational network of Feminisms that starts from Latin America and has its DNA formed by the gathering of cultures, communication, art and networks. The ELLA community strengthen and collectivize feminisms as a solution to the challenges of our civilization. The project started in 2014 as a gathering of women from 11 countries; today ELLA connects to more than 20 countries in a large movement of feminisms.
