Louise Baker is an Applied Neuroscience Specialist with nearly a decade of of experience in applying neuroscience insights to behaviours, business, and personal change. She is the founder of Applied Neuroscience Strategies, a company that provides neuro-psycho education and change interventions to individuals and groups, focusing on well-being and mental health matters.Louise has a diverse and rich background, spanning from the police force to the IT and digital information sectors, where she excelled in sales and sales management. She holds an MSc in Psychology and Neuroscience of Mental Health from King's College London and is a founder member of the Applied Neuroscience Association (ANA). She is also a specialist coach for abrasive managers, a certified NLP master practitioner and trainer of hypnotherapy, and a volunteer hypnotherapist for Brainstrust, a brain cancer charity. Louise is passionate about making complex neuroscience concepts accessible and beneficial to a wide audience, and driven by a deep empathy and desire to make a tangible difference in people's lives.
