PA to Directors – making it happen! I am passionate about my work and aim to be the very best in my profession, promoting excellence for an expanding, enterprising structural consultancy firm. I have all the key skills you would expect from a top level PA: efficiency, organisation, excellent communication and a keen eye for detail. But there is more to me than that. I am the ‘go to’ person for making things happen. Independently I am pro-active: I can see what is needed and get it done, in double quick time without error, and with a smile! I love my job and it is obvious in the way I go the extra mile, undertaking tasks that often the Directors themselves didn’t know was needed, but that make a real difference to the company and the way it operates. Above all I am calm and can work under pressure. I know how to prioritise. Below is a list with some detail of the role I play. I do what is needed to keep things running smoothly, on time and always with the bottom line in mind … and all whilst keeping a sense of humour! • •
