With a wealth of experience in apprenticeship training for 16-64 year olds, apprenticeship recruitment and commercial training I have since been involved with the strategic growth of the business.As National Key Account Manager I liaise with all departments within the Riverside group to ensure our core client base receive personal and professional training solutions. With a background in sales and a passion for delivering a high level of customer service I am responsible for working directly with our national key accounts to ensure our core client base receive up to date funding advice, direct reporting, recruitment and training solutions to meet account performance objectives and clients' expectations.
