CSA Frankfurt is an employee association serving the community working at the US Consulate in Frankfurt am Main, Germany. I served as the association’s chief executive, ensuring operational effectiveness and financial sustainability through the profitable provision of services to the U.S. Consulate General Frankfurt community. • Led an international staff of 40 people in providing childcare, internet/cable services, fitness centers, convenience and dining options, as well as organizing community events. • Successfully collaborated with four Boards of Directors to implement the Association’s strategic direction and manage capital improvements. • Fostered relationships with vendors, US Department of State oversight bodies, US Consulate General Frankfurt stakeholders, and community members regularly.
