Realizing that these songs would be useful for anyone suffering from a chronic illness, I turned them into a commercial recording. Marketed that album to fifty-two organizations in support of various chronic illnesses (arthritis, HIV, breast cancer, Parkinson’s, heart disease, multiple sclerosis, etc)When I was diagnosed, the doctors told me that I’d never dance again. I spent the next seven years stabilizing my joints with physical therapy and strength training. I am now 68 years old, and I out-dance friends less than half my age. Show less
