I enjoy helping clients address their business needs through technology. I specialize in Microsoft technologies with a strong focus on Office 365, desktop deployment and hybrid cloud. I find it very important to understand the outcome that clients want to achieve and design solutions based on that outcome. Clients that I work with come from different industries including finance, retail, manufacturing.Being part of a young leaders program made me passionate about driving and cultivating young people in the organization. Dimension Data has a strong partnership with De La Salle University-Manila. Annually, we take in 12 top students from their Computer Science degree to train and develop as technical consultants. It is very fulfilling to manage this program for Dimension Data as I see strong benefits to the business as well as the students.

The business excellence and operations team in Microsoft ensures compliance and governance on business pipeline and project delivery. We were required to generate reports to provide data and business insights for different departments. There are a number of manual tasks involved in generating these reports and I enjoyed finding ways to make it more efficient through automation - through scripts or simpler processes.

I was one of the twelve students selected to be trained and specialize in Microsoft technologies. In the program, I certified as a Microsoft Professional with specialization in Lync (now Skype for Business/Teams). I was also given the opportunity to be deployed to live projects including developing applications (C#) and packaging applications for desktop deployment (SCCM).My passion for young talent in the organization comes from being part of this incredible program developed through a partnership between Datacraft (now Dimension Data) and De La Salle University-Manila, called Cooperative Research Centre (CRC).
