I am responsible for leading the learning and development team at MTD, ensuring that our training is designed and delivered to the highest standards.My particular area of expertise lies in utilising Levy funding and apprenticeship programmes to develop employees at all levels of their organisation. It's important for me to understand each client’s business in detail including their teams, goals, culture and values, so that I can develop tailored solutions for their training needs. I am responsible for liaising with our client sponsors, their learners and our network of trainers and consultants to ensure that our clients are receiving the very best training, support and services that will really make a difference to their organisation.

I was previously responsible for managing the delivery of our bespoke programmes, including managing the availability and scheduling for our network of trainers and acting as main point of contact and liaison for MTD’s key stakeholders and clients.I worked as liaison and internal verifier for MTD’s affiliated professional institutes and awarding bodies including the ILM, CMI and ISM. As part of my role I was also responsible for managing and supporting the administration for the pre and post programme support we provide, as well as managing quality assurance and being responsible for researching new technologies and alternative methods of delivery for our bespoke and online programmes.

I was previously responsible for managing and securing places for our delegates on MTD's range of management and sales public training courses, which are delivered across 4 locations within the UK. I was responsible for planning, scheduling and fulfilment of our open programmes, including measuring and reporting on client satisfaction and feedback for all courses.
