I am a skilled Counsellor and Career Specialist, driven by making a positive difference to the lives of the clients I work with.As a counsellor, I have successfully worked with individuals, couples and families in not for profit, corporate and educational settings across a diverse range of issues. With a positive, pragmatic and solution focused approach, I am able to help individuals identify and draw on their strengths. As a career specialist, I have extensive experience in developing and facilitating change, career development and outplacement support to a wide range of individuals and organisations across New Zealand. Skilled at supporting individuals through change, I work both with Organisations/Managers to assist them to effectively lead themselves and their teams through change, as well as with their staff to develop the skills and confidence to pursue their career aspirations. In both roles, I have successfully designed and facilitated workshops across a broad range of topics.My previous experience includes working in the fields of HR, Recruitment and Education.
