Remake of the "Den Blaa Avis-idea" into a department store for used goods - from idea to operation phase. Concept development, strategy, business models etc. Responsible for IT solutions with the focus of removing dependency of staff, rationalizing work flows and involving the customers as much as possible. Later preparing the concept for scaling and more stores.

Worked my way up and got my basic "digital-education" working meticulously with the details of one of Denmarks biggest internet success stories. Started out taking calls, then managed the support team, then worked as a trafficker with banner campaigns and direct emails. Finally hired as project manager in Business Development, were I was responsible for all ad insertion.Everything we did was centered around user insights and data. I worked with innovation, user testing and sales optimisations in close collaboration with designers and IT developers.
