Responsible for setting the strategic vision of, and managing the delivery and marketing for the Group’s CSR programme across 14 UK locations. This included Group-wide activity across four core CSR strands: diversity & inclusion; community engagement; environment & sustainability; and pro-bono support.This was a newly formed role following the merger of Thomas Eggar LLP and Irwin Mitchell LLP.

As Senior Marketing Executive I continued to manage the firm’s event strategy and calendar, overseeing all event activity across six offices and ensuring events remained aligned to the firm’s objectives, sector approach and brand positioning. The role involved complete end-to-end responsibility of events from planning and promotion, though to evaluation and ROI analysis. Overall responsibility for setting the CSR agenda and increasing internal and external understanding and awareness of the programme.

As part of the marketing communications team at Thomas Eggar I specialised in events and corporate social responsibility (CSR). This involved managing the events calendar (including legal updates, seminars, networking and sponsored events). With a keen interest in integrated CSR strategy, I looked after community sponsorship commitments while delivering a collaborative approach to corporate responsibility.

At Incisive Media I delivered events for the insurance and business technology sectors. Leading industry brands I produced events for included Post, Insurance Age, Computer Reseller News and Computing magazines. Events included award ceremonies, conferences, seminars and forums, networking events, private dinners, training courses and live webinars.
