As a Senior Business Analyst, I form part of a meritorious team within WesBank where I am fortunate to play a key role in various projects as well as complex transform scale programmes throughout the bank. I incessantly strive to expand my knowledge by means of experience, as well as completing relevant programs, including an IIBA accredited Business Analysis diploma, as well as a number of certifications such as Business Analysis Associate certification, Agile, SCRUM and Kanban - and others. Coming from an Enterprise content management background, which, combined with Business Analysis experience enables me to analyse and deliver initiatives with a holistic approach.I enjoy working with people, as well as developing solutions to satisfy challenging business needs. I like to challenge thinking with the aim of adding true Business and Customer value by ensuring that the "why's" are fully unpacked and understood before time and money is spent on initiatives. Furthermore, I am a curious, self-motivated, hardworking, go the extra mile, "out of the box thinker", down to earth, adrenaline junkie type of person who enjoys outdoor activities, spending time with my loved ones and making the most out of life.
