Key results: Successfully managed a team of five individuals from different areas with different skill sets. Developed a plan for improving Bogyues graduate scheme through conducting surveys and with our own graduate experience and knowledge. Demonstrated an ability to produce high-quality research whilst working with a large company and in a professional environment. Significantly improved problem-solving skills, finding ways to overcome issues such as a lack of response from graduates, regularly contacting clients and keeping them updated on the progress. Significantly improved my people skills, recognising both my clients and teams’ needs, resolving team conflict and being empathetic towards others.
