Leading and driving the people and cultural aspects of fast-paced change in and across complex, multi-national, multi-operating company structures with multi-site business environments, has dominated my career. I also have experience working with charities and small business owners and have seen first-hand that each business has a unique DNA and that one size does not fit all!
