Hello LinkedIn community, I'm Louise Hatch, Director of Controls Operations and Assurance at Aviva Investors. I lead an amazing team that keeps our global operational processes running smoothly.I moved from South Africa to the UK fairly early on in my career, and the past 25 years have been filled with challenges, and incredible rewards. I feel incredibly lucky to get to spend my time creating fairer opportunities for all. I especially love mentoring young graduates and school leavers, to support the next generation of leaders. I am committed to giving back and seeing the power of diversity and inclusion first-hand in this very competitive sector is particularly satisfying.
