This involves collaborating with a steering group of local people, social investment advisors, BDG staff, and trustees to develop creative and inclusive communications. I project managed the development of the distinctive visual identity in collaboration with community members and helped with Giving Week's 2020 and 2021.Planning inclusive communications and campaigns for BD Giving is a privilege and a lot of fun.

Managing a team of four, I was responsible for the online communications at Sense, the national deafblind charity. We maintained the website and intranet, developed a social media presence, launched PPC campaigns and trialled affiliate marketing bearing in mind the accessibility requirements of our service users at all times.

At Family Action I project managed the development of a new brand and website, and developed printed marketing materials for services across the country.

While at The Basic Skills Agency I managed the publication of language, literacy and numeracy publications. This involved print tendering, copy-editing and proofreading, budgeting and scheduling, basic design work and monitoring stock.
