I'm a lawyer, business owner, boardmember, advisor and active networker.Every company and every owner have their own insights, difficulties and experiences to share as well as interesting stories to tell about their business. In my work, I am fortunate to meet and work with the owners and leaders of very different businesses in situations ranging from helping a startup to form the first company, working with contracts, strategy and business development, and helping owners to sell their business or buy the next one. Being a business owner myself, helps to relate to the different situations my clients are in, when they get in touch to get help and advice.I am active in the VL leadership network in Denmark and a founding member of XLNC, which is a global network for lawyers, accountants and tax advisors.
