I supported the Manufacturing Managers to review the outcomes of 500 Shop Floor appraisals by understanding the development required, identifying future talent for manager and lead operative roles and providing a benchmark of consistency between the different factory teams.Delivered Appraisal Workshops to all line managers and employees.
