Do you tend to live your life from your cognitive mind and would you like to make more connection with your heart? 👉 In my training and coaching I help people making this connection so that they can be their true self, gain confidence and excel in what they do. Besides teaching specific skills, I especially help people to overcome their hurdles, so they can actually apply their skills. For example, one of my clients hesitated to make a step up in his scientific career. He was afraid to have too little time for his family. He felt this pulled him back, so he didn’t go for the leadership position he dreamed of. During one of the exercises we did, he realized that his family actually supported his career and wanted him to be happy in his work. This was a real eye-opener for him. He now felt confident to go for his dream job! 𝗪𝗼𝗺𝗲𝗻 & 𝗟𝗲𝗮𝗱𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗽➡️ Do you feel that you are not good enough, that you are not the right woman for the job, or just simply lack confidence? Do you maybe expect too much of yourself?👉 One of goals is to help women in their leadership role. I help them to see what is real, to accept themselves and to feel firmly grounded. In this way they dare to move forward and shape their own leadership style.For example, one of my clients wanted to be a better leader. She had difficulties to set clear boundaries. She helped everyone out, but hardly had time for her own work. She came to realize that she was very loyal to harmony and afraid to raise a conflict. Helping her to find out where this fear of conflict was coming from and how to deal with it, she managed to be a caring leader while at the same time setting necessary boundaries. Later she became the head of a big laboratory. 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝘂𝗹𝘁🎯 I help people to be the best leader they can be. When I work with people they experience moving forward towards balance, growth and a feeling of enlightenment.
