I manage new and existing accounts which involves working with restaurant managers and wine buyers to update wine lists and promote wines within the retail sector, looking after all aspects of the supply of wine to my customers, resolving customer queries and pursuing new business opportunities.

Within this role I oversee all aspects of my accounts from increasing the client knowledge of products and services available, recommending the appropriate cost benefit solution, to the ordering life cycle from consultation to invoice.
