• Aldershot Town Football in the Community are a charitable non-profit making organisation with the primary aim to provide healthy lifestyle opportunities for juniors and adults whilst promoting the name of Aldershot.
• Management and daily organisation of 18 part time football coaches, ensuring training is delivered professionally and to a high standard within schools and advanced centre
• Liaison with the head teachers/PE teachers for invoices and feedback
• Head of the female football development (FFD) programme, increasing and maintaining participation levels within the local areaI also manage the NCS programme activities which includes:
• Attending school assemblies and events to gain 16-17 year olds interest by providing bespoke marketing material and presentations
• Monitoring the expenditure of the NCS budget

The group leader provides inspiration and encouragement to a young group of people looking to give back to the community. This programme is funded by the government and allows 16-17 year olds to create and develop an idea to give back to the members of the community.

The main part of the job would include inducting and training customers, taking calls and managing the reception. This role also included the responsibility of opening and closing the whole centre which comprised of three separate buildings, as well as being trusted to maintain the entire centre for the shift.

Organising a ladies badminton team for every weeks match, including attending and running weekly badminton training sessions. Informing players the information that is necessary to the matches and social events.

This role needed an eye for detail to make sure after the room was cleaned that everything was perfect and nothing was missed out. Being efficient and having good time management skills was also vital as there was a strict schedule to keep to during this employment.
