Development and re-alignment of remuneration and benefit programs including payroll and tax compliance. Providing clarity to HR and Payroll processes, reducing single point sensitivity and helping to create a robust HR service.

Leading a virtual team, this role is responsible for developing, implementing and embedding a broad program of work for global mobility function at Treasury Wine Estates across categories of remuneration & benefits, talent retention, payroll & mobility. Transformation of end to end process and program to create market leading experience for employees, HRBPs, mobility stakeholders. Focus areas include but not limited to employee experience, cost measurement and visibility and individual employee cost and performance analysis. Responsible for developing policies which are in line with remuneration frameworks, various tax & immigration legislations whilst also enabling Treasury Wine Estates mobile employee population to be delivered outstanding service via constant process improvement and effective third party management.

Leading a small global team, this role was responsible for all aspects of employee benefits, including strategy development and implementation of benefits in our Asia business, fleet, in-house benefits and reward and recognition. During this time, the International Mobility function at TWE increased dramatically - and I was responsible for developing and leading a virtual team to improve and standardise the company offering whilst still delivering large volumes operationally.Achievements included 1. Reward & Recognition Program Review & Restructure – providing visibility & tailored promotion within business functions across the 4 major regions ensuring effective program penetration within budget globally (Category Budget:AUD$390K per annum). and policy creation for all Asia Benefits – creating policies from scratch for our growing Asia business requiring extensive market research, with a focus to make TWE an employer of choice in that region.2. Global Motor vehicle policy review – alignment of policy best practice & processes across regions within remuneration framework and market conditions to provide as much consistency as possible with imbedded cost efficiency for the TWE business.

Sitting in the Global Rewards team, this role managed policy and practices for - global benefits, global reward & recognition, and fleet. Achievements included development and implementation of fleet strategies resulting in 20% spend reduction in Australia per annum (Category Spend AUD$5M per annum) and cost injection of US$680K in US and ongoing savings of US$300K per annum (Category Spend US$6.6M per annum).

Responsible for HR Services relating to Benefits & Fleet, specialising in fleet policy improvement, and full prcoess accountability of all benefits attracting Fringe Benefits Tax. This included customer service to employees for these categories, stakeholder management and fringe benefits tax reporting to Group Tax.

Consulting to Treasury Wines during demerger period from Foster's Group. General HR Services tasks including HR data management for demerger. Led projects such as Superannuation policy changes, Fleet restructures & FBT reporting for employee benefits.

Responsible for a Sales and Customer Service team of 20 staff, providing fleet management, novated leasing and operating and finance leasing, primarily for motor vehicles.
