During this time, the International Mobility function at TWE increased dramatically - and I was responsible for developing and leading a virtual team to improve and standardise the company offering whilst still delivering large volumes operationally.Achievements included 1. Reward & Recognition Program Review & Restructure – providing visibility & tailored promotion within business functions across the 4 major regions ensuring effective program penetration within budget globally (Category Budget:AUD$390K per annum). and policy creation for all Asia Benefits – creating policies from scratch for our growing Asia business requiring extensive market research, with a focus to make TWE an employer of choice in that region.2. Global Motor vehicle policy review – alignment of policy best practice & processes across regions within remuneration framework and market conditions to provide as much consistency as possible with imbedded cost efficiency for the TWE business.
