I have a strong curiosity about how we achieve business goals by focusing on peoples potential and behavior at work. How we build, support and develop courageous and healthy organizations by making space for humble leadership, aligning HR policies, practices, and procedures with the organization's overall strategic objectives. I have spent a significant amount of time gaining insight into diffrent kinds of organizations and teams, collecting and continuously analyzing complex conditions, analytically processing this to guide and advise on possible processes, directions, solutions and strategies, as well as assisting with organizational change initiatives.Work psychology, ledership, group-behavior, well-being, nudging and employment philosophy are at the core of my field of interest when ensuring business goals.
