Managed the largest ever market investigation in the UK and attained an intimate knowledge of the workings of the Competition Commission. Louise also managed the quinquennial price control reviews for Heathrow, Gatwick and Stansted.

Provided independent assurance to the Board on areas of high residual risk.

Prepared management accounts and yearly statutory accounts, forecasting income and liabilities, managing redistribution of funds throughout Europe for commissions and fees received centrally.
