ARCADIS were looking to expand the Gulf business over 2009 with a view of increasing the white collar and support staff from 50 to 100 + in Dubai, Abu Dhabi, the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia , Oman and the Kingdom of Bahrain. I reported directly to the CEO and Board Members for the Gulf and sat within the UK HR team.
