About Louise Piilgaard

I am a passionate and innovative neuroscientist with a focus on unraveling the mysteries of the human brain. Throughout my career, I've been dedicated to expanding our understanding of neurodegenerative and neuropsychiatric disorders and seeking novel therapeutic approaches. My journey so far has led me into the fascinating realm of cell replacement therapy for Narcolepsy Type 1, where I'm on a mission to awaken hope and restore sleep-wake balance for those affected.
