I’m passionate about the great outdoors and the endless possibilities of adventure travel to enable young people to build resilience, develop a wide range of skills and realise their full potential. As an Expedition Manager at True Adventure, I work with schools across the UK, supporting hundreds of students as they prepare for their life-changing expeditions.Prior to True Adventure, I worked in the charity and education sectors in a variety of roles. Previously, I worked for 15 years in professional services Marketing, responsible for running marketing programmes (including graduate recruitment), marketing communications and event management as well as developing and managing marketing training and mentoring programmes. Health and wellness is another passion and as a qualified nutritional therapist, I have also run nutrition and wellbeing workshops and seminars, both for corporates and local community groups.When I'm not working, I love to spend as much time as possible outside in nature, especially walking. I'm also passionate about travel of all kinds - whether it's a day trip mini adventure or exploring foreign destinations. Currently training for the Yorkshire Three Peaks!
