About Louise Rants
I am a structured and result-oriented molecular biologist with a PhD, currently working with development of cell applications for image cytometry at Chemometec. My main areas and methods of interest are cellular assay development, cell culture development, immunostaining, flow and image cytometry, fluorescence microscopy, software testing, quality assurance testing and cancer biology with speciality in DNA repair mechanisms. With a curious mindset I am always eager to gain and share scientific knowledge. I enjoy challenging projects, and I contribute to the workflow with a strong analytical approach, superior problem-solving skills, and with a focus on solving my tasks in a timely manner. Apart from working structured and focused on my own, I work well in smaller and larger groups with national and international stakeholders. Finally, I have a positive and optimistic personality, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills, that thrive in social environments and contribute to a good working environment.
