Planday delieveres a Workforce Management System.Provided support to Planday's customers all over the world through telephone, online chat and email. Answered questions about how to use Planday and provided best practices for scheduling, administration and payroll input, as well as testing and troubleshooting issues before passing them on to a second line of technical support. Thereby I was the link between the customers and the product/engineering team behind the platform. I worked in a global team, with collegaues located all across Europe and USA to find the best solutions for the customers.

Great learning experience where I got to enchance my knowledge within strategic HR. The main tasks were connected to leadership development, onboarding and creating a new routine for remote work. The whole internship was done remotely as well.
