Louise is passionate about improving the lives of people and the world we live in through innovation and system changes, using technology as an enabler for good.As a former IBM UKI channel manager has 17 years’ experience in delivering the end-to-end engagement of the IBM business partner community, from training, skills, and rewards programmes. Louise has a wealth of experience in driving change and engagement through leadership of large communities.Louise is now focused on driving sustainable, social impact solutions that enables the improvement of the planet, people, and communities. Currently working with sister companies Cognition Foundry & TES Enterprise Solution for over 9 year’s and is experienced in enabling our clients to implement and develop more sustainable green IT solutions. Louise is delighted to also join the Investors in Community team as Ambassador and STEPP Framework Strategic Director. We all understand there is an urgent need to change the way we live our lives and operate within our communities and environment. Now, more than ever, it is important we start to demonstrate what we are doing to improve the world we live in today and for the good of future generations, not only by reducing the negative impact we have on the environment, but by also building a better and cohesive society. Louise is a firm believer that our current siloed and fragmented approach in solving our challenges is causing much wastage both in terms of financial and human resources – and that in order to resolve this we must begin the journey to: build better cohesive ecosystems, innovate and deploy more sustainable solutions and drive major system change, all whitest prioritising a human centric approach to all we are going.
