In my role as Client Relations Administrator at PW & Partners, I manage and oversee our Annual Review Process - so when it is time for our client's reviews, it will be me that gets in touch and coordinates them. I also provide essential client relations support to Emma Anderson, our Practice Manager, to help ensure all client relationships are nurtured and maintained in line with our company values.Prior to joining PW & Partners in 2021, I worked for over four years with Sainsbury’s Bank as a Payment Reconciliation Analyst. Before joining the bank, I held various roles, including management, in Sainsbury’s retail since 2005. 16 years in the same company is almost unheard of these days!
