Driving and implementing the sales and partner strategy with new routines and processes to ensure priorities for continued growth. Leading and supporting a strong sales & support team through performance reviews, both internal and external. Business development through product range, volumes, pricing and profitability. Forecasting and budgeting. Strengthening the relationship with partners, making 2-3 year plans, anchoring strategies and negotiating agreements are also part of the work. Maintaining a stable sales growth development vs. previous time frame given (pandemic situation)on comparable units, where online has been performing far better than expected.Responsible for restarting the customer service team with a new structure and digital work tools, to support the sales team and the wholesale customers. P&L responsibility of 300+ wholesale partners and 4 online markets in the Nordic region. Increased sales by 8% while maintaining the same cost structure. Building the Nordic organization with new recruits in order to implement the strategy with expansion of the brand Kahles. Worked to ensured growth within the premium brand Swarovski Optik, among others. Started the journey launching new products in the Travel & Leisure segment. Responsible for continuous work with partners in purchasing issues and contract issues. Forecasting and budget as well as driving the general Nordic business development and marketing strategies.Staff responsibility, 8 direct reporting (1 SM, 5 KAM and 2 Sales & Office support) HR, Finance & controlling through hired consultants and Marketing & PR through an agency. P&L responsibility of 27 stores, retail & concession in Sweden, Denmark, Norway, Germany and Austria. Increased sales yearly with approx. 30%. Responsible for driving the change management with a total reorganization of Retail HQ, stores and setting a new team. Maintained the goal of the staff costs levels. Responsible for continuous work with partners in purchasing issues and contractual matters. Closures and openings of shops and the market Germany. Staff responsibility, 90 of which 5 direct reporting (1 Operations, 2 Purchasing & Stock, 2 Visual Merchandising) and reported to Global Sales Director.

P&L responsibility of 11 stores (including Flagship store, Gant Rugger and Outlet) with an sales increase of 5 %. Driving the implementation of the retail strategy through all stores in Sweden, with new routines and updated tools such as (house reports, checklists, store meetings, start-up and development talks etc.).Worked with using "best demonstrated practice"and optimised scheduling. Coaching Store Managers, as well as holding sales trainings.Staff responsibility of 70 and 10 direct reporting Store Managers, reported to the Retail Manager.

P&L responsibility of 85 stores in Sweden, with a yearly sales increase of 5%. The responsibility was to grow a standard and more streamlined way of working, implementing routines and processes as well as working with best demonstrated practice in all aspects. Ensuring a strong people management with continued sales & staff training. Implementing facelift concepts, store - openings, closures where also part of the job. Member in an assortment council for the production of "hot spot" products. Responsable for the budget process with support from the finance team.Staff responsibility of app. 300 and 5 direct reporting Regional Managers, reported to the Global Sales Director.

The employment began with a 6-month trainee program, marked by "hands-on" and "learning by doing". Worked with store checks, routines, scheduling, coaching and managing staff amongst other. Responsible for one new store opening, north of Stockholm, and managed 4 stores i my district with 4 direct reporting Store Managers and total responsibility of 50 staff. In my districts, all key figures increased.
